The end of March brought what everyone had been eagerly waiting for – the VIP trip as a reward for achievements in 2025. This year’s destination was one of Europe’s most desirable locations – sunny Barcelona and the beautiful Lloret de Mar.
After arriving from different parts of Europe, a strong and inspiring group gathered at the luxurious Spa Hotel Selecta de Alba. Out of more than a hundred qualified participants, 87 leaders and partners came together on this trip, ready to celebrate success and create new memories.
From the very first moments, during the welcome drink, a special energy could be felt – a mix of excitement, pride, and well-earned enjoyment. The evening was opened with a warm welcome by our CEO, Vladimir Popović, officially marking the start of another unforgettable journey.
Unity, Knowledge, and Recognition of Success
Friday began with a joint meeting, where all of our Diamonds addressed the audience. Through short but powerful speeches, they shared their experiences, knowledge, and the principles behind their results.
It was especially inspiring to see a large number of people who had qualified for a VIP trip for the first time – a clear sign of the growth and strength of the entire team.
At the end of the meeting, we had the honour of hearing from our CEO, Vladimir Popović, who presented an overview of our achievements and everything we accomplished together in 2025, giving a clear picture of the project’s strength and growth.
An Evening to Remember – Flamenco and Balkan Energy
Friday evening was reserved for a true spectacle – a flamenco night. We enjoyed the passion, rhythm, and energy of Spanish tradition.
Naturally, in their recognisable style, the energetic Balkan crowd quickly joined in with dancing, singing, and celebration – creating an atmosphere that won’t be forgotten.
Lloret de Mar – A Blend of Energy, Sea, and Mediterranean Spirit
The days passed in a perfect balance of relaxation, socialising, and exploration.
Lloret de Mar, known for its beautiful beaches, vibrant atmosphere, and Mediterranean charm, provided the perfect setting for this trip.
With lovely spring sunshine, many enjoyed walks by the sea, time on the beach, and the hotel’s excellent gastronomy. Rich food, music, and a lively atmosphere further enhanced the entire experience.
While some used the time to relax, others explored the nightlife, and many leaders took the opportunity to have conversations, make plans, and set new goals with their teams. Because it is on trips like these that many people truly realise, for the first time, just how big this project is.
Barcelona – A City That Takes Your Breath Away
Saturday started early with an organised visit to Barcelona, one of Europe’s most visited cities, home to more than 1.6 million people and attracting tens of millions of tourists each year.
We had the opportunity to see some of its most famous landmarks:
- Camp Nou Stadium, home to one of the world’s greatest football club
- The magnificent Sagrada Familia, a masterpiece by Antoni Gaudí that leaves visitors in awe
- The magical Montjuïc Fountain, a symbol of light, water, and music
- The famous La Rambla, full of artists, musicians, cafés, and life
Barcelona impressed us with its energy, culture, and unique blend of tradition and modern lifestyle.
Socialising Late into the Night
Saturday evening was reserved for relaxation, socialising, and enjoyment late into the night. Even as the trip was coming to an end, the energy did not fade.
Many wished that the experience could last even longer – because moments like these are not just memories, but additional motivation for what lies ahead.
