At the end of October, CEO Vladimir Popović accelerated the Leader’s Club Program with the goal of entering 2025 with a new generation of leaders. As part of the program, he embarked on a tour of cities where more than five leaders had qualified. His journey took him to Vienna, Zagreb, Bar, Kragujevac, and Belgrade. Along the way, he met with over 25 ambitious individuals and dedicated an hour to each one to provide personalised advice on their development. Without a doubt, there were future Diamonds among them.
Following the regular quarterly LC training on 2 January, we will also organise the first LC Boot Camp. This will take place from 10 to 12 January in Sarajevo, with an expected attendance of around 60 potential leaders. These individuals must be prepared for intensive training designed to help them achieve the next milestones in their careers.
