The day we launched our back office and publicly entered the market.
The day the first of 16,000 members registered.
The day one pioneering member activated the first of 5027 packages.
The day the first euro was put into the real estate budget.
Exactly three years have passed since that day. And a lot of things happened during that time.
Seven months later, our HTL token was listed at the Latoken exchange with a starting value of $ 0.5! (Today it is worth about $ 1.55.)
Unfortunately, bad things also happened. Just before the completion of the purchase of real estate on the Brazilian island of Ita Parica, an epidemic of COVID-19 broke out, which continues to this day. This did not stop us from signing a contract for the other property in December 2020: two units in a hotel under construction in Batumi – Georgia.
And we made the decision to pay dividends from the company’s budget.
We also introduced the Hotelium Travels program in January 2020 and suspended it due to the situation. Now we decided to continue the project and with a dedicated booking website being built.
We have upgraded our website to a new look and with new content, and there is also a new back office in the works.
We conducted our first online 2-day weekend webinar for 220 of our members from the Balkan region and also set a date for the traditional live weekend seminar on May 29 and 30 in Etno Village Stanišići, Bosnia and Herzegovina. 110 tickets have already been sold at the presale.
Spring and summer are already ahead of us, and it is already clear that the disease is not going anywhere shortly. However, this will not deter us from setting and striving to achieve our goals.
In the fourth year of operation, in addition to the Hotelium Travels platform, we plan to develop the Hotelium Partners program and Hotelium Shop, where our members will be able to spend HTL tokens with partners in various activities.
On this day, on the 3rd anniversary of the start of the Hotelium project, I would like to thank all of you for the patience you showed and for the trust you put in the company and me personally. We will continue to do everything in our power to justify this trust and to work together.
