From January 9 to 11, 2026, Sarajevo once again hosted the Leaders Club Boot Camp, organized by Planet Program. In a city known for the warmth of its people, sevdah, irresistible ćevapi, and the scent of Bosnian coffee, qualified Leaders Club members from across the region and beyond gathered for a three-day event filled with knowledge, energy, and togetherness.
Growth since the summer Boot Camp
Since the summer boot camp on Zlatibor, several new Leaders Clubs have qualified, demonstrating the continuous growth of our organization and the arrival of new leaders ready to build teams and take responsibility.
Learning and great fun
Our Diamonds shared their knowledge, experience, and concrete guidelines for leadership and team development through trainings. The days were filled with education and practical workshops, while the evenings were reserved for dancing, singing, and celebration—because the best results come through unity and positive energy.
Inspiration that pushes boundaries
Vladimir Popović, CEO of Planet Program, delivered a speech that motivated everyone present and encouraged deeper reflection. He emphasized the importance of embracing challenges as opportunities for growth and of balancing business and private life:
“We should accept challenges as a gift. They are part of growth, but that doesn’t mean we have to suffer because of them. It is possible, despite challenges, to live and work with quality, build success, and enjoy life at the same time.”
As part of his announcements, he highlighted that we achieved our goal for 2025 and that Hotelium has grown to USD 8.50. He also introduced a new—key—step in the system: Team Leader, which is so important that it deserves a separate article.
Participants qualified for Barcelona 2026 received a special gift as recognition of their effort and achievements.
Vladimir also announced a VIP trip in 2027 to Antalya, Turkey, which sparked great enthusiasm among those present. Qualifications run from January 10 to October 30, 2026.
Announcement of the summer boot camp on Zlatibor
Particular excitement was generated by the announcement of the summer boot camp on Zlatibor, which will once again take place at our old, well-known location. This time, the boot camp will truly live up to its name—staying in nature and real camping, combined with learning, socializing, and family activities, as children will be joining us this time as well.
During our stay, we will also have the opportunity to see our completed houses in Donji Gajevi, as well as the cypress trees planted at last summer’s boot camp—a symbol of growth and continuity in our shared work.
Gathering and shared experiences
The upcoming weekend seminar on February 21–22 at the Ethno Village Stanišići will be an opportunity for all leaders, together with their partners, to gather again, share impressions and experiences from Sarajevo, and inspire one another. A special role will be played by our new Diamonds: Tatjana and Viktorija.
