Like many season-driven industries, Network Marketing has its own natural rhythm — and 1 September marks the beginning of a new business year. Autumn is, after all, the perfect time for new beginnings.
Summer is easy. Holidays, sunshine, long days and a more relaxed pace of life. But when the weather changes and the days grow shorter, everyday reality returns. And with it comes a question many people begin to ask themselves: Is this really all there is? Could I do something to bring a little more “sunshine” into my life — even if only in the figurative sense?
Very often, the answer comes down to finances. Bills, debts, financial pressure and the stress that comes with them. This is why autumn is also a time when people are more willing to listen, explore new opportunities and try something different. And this is where we come in — with a project that offers a comprehensive solution and an opportunity for change.
The Road to Diamond
Every autumn, our leaders join the Eagle Program, an intensive three-month campaign focused on presenting the project to as many potential candidates as possible. They build momentum throughout the final months of the year, while the most ambitious continue well beyond that. This is the road to Diamond.
To mark the beginning of every new business year, Planet System School traditionally brings together its most active members at the end of August. And this year, once again, we are preparing something special.
On 28 August, we will gather on Zlatibor, where our first activity will be planting 700 cypress trees at our new Diamond Club Donji Gajevi project.
Afterwards, we will set up camp in a beautiful location and turn our attention from work to fun. Around campfires, with guitars, barbecues and goulash, teams will compete in 10 entertaining disciplines at the Planet Olympics. The gathering will conclude on Sunday morning with a training session led by our CEO — the perfect way to leave the summer behind and enter the new business year with fresh energy, new ideas and clear goals.
Three Cities, Three Success Seminars
September brings another Hotelium tradition: our autumn Success Seminars, this year taking place in three cities.
The first will be held in Podgorica on 6 September, with our Diamond leader Tatjana as the speaker. On 13 September, we move to Belgrade, where our Blue Diamond Aleksandar will take the stage. The series concludes in Zagreb on 20 September, where CEO Vladimir Popović will round off our Western Balkans autumn kick-off.

Autumn Weekend Seminar in Zagreb
This year, we are adding another important event to the autumn calendar. On 7 and 8 November, Hotel Antunović in Zagreb will host our Autumn Weekend Seminar, with a special focus on building momentum in Slovenia and Croatia.
For this occasion, we have invited Silvester Kmetič, an established and certified business trainer specialising in sales. He will share his extensive knowledge and practical experience with our members and provide valuable tools they can apply directly to their business.
