Zlatibor, August 26–30, 2026
What happens when people from different teams step away from their daily routines for a few days, leave their comfort zones behind, and start functioning as one community?
That is exactly what we experienced at our first-ever Leaders Club Boot Camp in nature on Zlatibor.
The first day, August 26, was dedicated to intensive training for qualified Team Leaders, working closely with our CEO, and preparing everything needed to welcome the rest of the leaders on August 27.
Our gathering took place in Donji Gajevi, our new Diamond Club destination, where we toured the new properties together and planted more than 400 cypress trees. Some Team Leaders also took the opportunity to introduce their newest partners to our properties in Gornji Gajevi.
And then the real adventure began.
Eleven teams. Eleven warrior names:
Dream Team, Warriors of Light, Momentum, Montenegro Falcons, Banat Eagles, Golden Eagles, Diamond Winners, Vanguard, Black Diamond, Phoenix, and Invictus.
Competition, adaptability, organization, communication, and—most importantly—team spirit.
For many participants, this was their very first camping experience. Tents, nature, early wake-up calls at 7 a.m. accompanied by the music of Čolić, Pozdrav suncu, shared breakfasts, goulash, barbecues, cleaning duties, shopping, logistics, and more than 100 people learning how to function together.
And that is where we received an important answer.
Was everything perfect?
No. And it was never meant to be.
That was the whole point.
In life, just as in business, we are not always given ideal conditions. Rejections, unexpected situations, obstacles, and moments when we must decide whether to stop or find a new way forward.
At the Boot Camp, we experienced all of this on a smaller scale.
The rain that arrived on the second-to-last day could easily have discouraged many participants and disrupted our program. A few tents simply failed to do their job, so we immediately relocated those participants to a hotel and found a solution.
And that is exactly how our leaders operated throughout the entire Boot Camp. Each team faced challenges, adapted, and found solutions together—without giving up.
The Olympics-style competitions revealed a strong competitive spirit, but also demonstrated the importance of collaboration. Special disciplines for both teams and children brought plenty of laughter, as well as serious determination. And to conclude the event, we enjoyed sketches, pantomime performances, creativity, and humor—even at our own expense.

The Last Morning – A New Beginning
After every rain comes sunshine, and the final morning at camp was no exception.
Everything had dried out, the energy returned stronger than ever, and we concluded the Boot Camp with a fantastic two-hour training session led by our CEO, Vladimir Popović.
Through practical experience, valuable insights into leadership, team building, and personal development, as well as a preview of what awaits us in the new business year, we received another powerful reminder of why it is so important to keep pushing our own limits.

This Boot Camp was far more than just another event.
It was an opportunity to see how much we can achieve when we take responsibility, step forward, and actively participate.
Our CEO also presented Team Leaders with a special challenge that will run until December 31. We believe its intensity will create significant progress throughout their teams.
💎 We move forward. Together.
Perhaps only in a few months will we fully understand how much this Boot Camp has given us.
Because limits are rarely pushed under perfect conditions.
We push them when things do not go according to plan, yet we still find a way.
When we face rejection, but continue anyway.
When the goal seems distant, but we take one more step.
When it is time to roll up our sleeves, organize ourselves, and help one another.
That was our Boot Camp.
And that is why, on September 1, we are not simply starting a new business year.
We are turning a new page.
2027 — get ready. We are coming.
