Diamond Club Zlatibor
Our first three holiday houses in Gornji Gajevi are currently being refreshed for the winter season. These days we are painting the walls, upgrading the equipment, and installing jacuzzis in Harmony and Melody as well.

Construction of the second phase of our Zlatibor Diamond Club in Donji Gajevi is progressing, but unfortunately, due to bureaucratic challenges, the planned completion date for this year will be postponed. We regret the delay, but some factors are simply beyond our control. At the moment, we are roofing the buildings, and next month the interior finishing works will begin.
The new buildings will feature large basements that will include, besides storage and laundry rooms, a spacious common area with a fireplace. There, guests will be able to play table football, ping-pong, and darts. As the space will be fully equipped and able to accommodate up to 60 people, it will also serve as a seminar hall and be available for corporate rentals. One of the basements will later be converted either into a spa center or into an additional apartment.
The opening of the four buildings in Donji Gajevi is planned for April 17, on the eighth anniversary of the Hotelium project. After that, we will begin building four smaller glamping units for couples and landscaping the surroundings. Our goal is to create a beautiful meadow with trees, a stream, a natural pool, a barbecue area, and a children’s playground.
As we have emphasised many times before, Zlatibor has great potential due to its natural advantages. This potential has now increased even more — as of this writing, the design phase of the Zlatibor airport project has begun, which will bring the region closer to both domestic and foreign tourists. Property values are expected to rise as a result.
Diamond Club Histria
At the moment, nothing is happening yet on the site, but an important development is that at the end of September we presented our vision to the municipal council. The municipality of Barban is currently undergoing amendments and updates to its spatial development plan, which is important for our project, and the council members’ response to our presentation was extremely positive.
NEW – Dubai Apartment
In addition to all its other advantages, Dubai also has enormous real estate potential, which is why we decided to invest there. After extensive research and market analysis, we selected a studio apartment on the 10th floor of a new building in a strategic location. The building is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2027, and we will begin renting it out immediately. More details will follow in the next article.
