In our business, everything is built on leadership. Members with high aspirations can only achieve their goals with the right skills and a suitable leadership character. That’s why, in the Planet Program, we place absolute focus on developing leadership.
Today, with more than 40 top leaders, including 3 Diamonds and one Blue Diamond, we can say that our leadership structure is fully formed. But all of them started from the bottom — by entering the Leader’s Club!
For our leaders, we organize traditional trainings with a top-tier program and invaluable energy. Until now, these trainings were held in winter in Sarajevo, but this year we are hosting the first-ever summer LC Boot Camp in Zlatibor. Between August 22 and 24, we will learn and share experiences at Tito’s Villa, while also enjoying Zlatibor’s specialities. We will also visit our Glamping Club project in Donji Gajevi, where the final works are underway.
The qualification for attending the Boot Camp is, of course, achieving LC rank. The regular qualification deadline has been extended until August 15, as every new leader matters to us. The price of 160 EUR covers everything over the 3 days: hotel, meals, entertainment, and lectures.
