I would like to take this opportunity to look back on a successful year 2005 and review what has been happening across all pillars of our ecosystem.
Network Sector
In 2025, we welcomed: 51 new Platinum Leaders, 24 Rubies, 18 Sapphires, 6 Emeralds, 2 new Diamonds, and our very first Blue Diamond! Impressive!
Turnover
You activated 652 new packages with a total value of €670,400, averaging €1,025 per package. Additionally, 394 packages were upgraded for a total of €456,900, averaging €1,165 per upgrade.
The Freedom Program generated €278,000 in total turnover with 2,840 instalment payments.
Altogether, at the time of writing this report, total annual turnover stands at €1,405,800!
The qualification contest for the VIP Trip to Barcelona concluded with a record-breaking 112 qualified members. We are already looking forward to our Catalan gathering, which will take place from March 26 to 29, 2026.
Crypto Sector
The HTL token increased in value from €6.15 on January 1, 2025, to €7.47, representing a 21% growth, reaching the projected target of 1 HTL = 8.5 USD.
On December 17, we celebrate the 7th anniversary of the HTL token being listed on the public crypto exchange Latoken, and on this occasion, as is tradition, we are announcing a special 3 × 7 promotion.
Real Estate Sector
This year marks five years since the signing of the contract for the two units purchased in Hotel Park, Batumi, where—according to the contract—we have the right of Mandatory Sell Back to the developer (Reubush LTD) or the option to exchange them for two other units from the same developer.
The planned goal to complete Diamond Club II in Donji Gajevi this year was not achieved. The new deadline is Spring 2026. The buildings are under a roof, and interior works are in progress.
This year, we refreshed and repainted the facilities in Gornji Gajevi and purchased two jacuzzis.
We invested in a studio apartment in Dubai, which is expected to begin operations in Q2 2027.
By July 2026, we expect the completion of all spatial planning documentation for the land in Istria.
After a long delay due to unreliable contractors, the sub-project “Hotelium Travels” has been restarted. The plan is to integrate the booking platform with the HTL wallet as soon as possible.
A highly attractive new product, the “Time Share Program,” is in preparation for next year and will be officially presented at the LC Boot Camp in Sarajevo from January 9 to 11. The Time Share Program will be an important tool for our members in achieving their goals.
