After the record-breaking Autumn WES in Slavonski Brod, the Planet Program community has once again raised the bar—this time in the magical setting of Etno Selo Stanišići, where the Winter WES gathered even more participants than the previous seminar.
From the very moment of arrival, it was clear that a special weekend awaited us. Stanišići welcomed us decorated in the spirit of Valentine’s Day, and the atmosphere of unity, emotion, and support perfectly matched the seminar’s energy.
A Beginning to Remember
Blue Diamond Aleksandar Radojević recalled his first seminar and his own beginnings in the project. His message was strong and clear—every great result starts with a single decision.
In an emotional moment, he gifted several participants his book “My Book of Success.” Perhaps in a few years, one of them will stand on that same stage and say that this gift was their turning point and the moment of a true decision.
Celebration of Major Achievements and New Ranks
From the autumn seminar until today, impressive growth has been achieved. Numerous new ranks and recognitions were celebrated on stage, with special attention given to:
- a significant number of new Sapphires
- the new Emerald rank – Dragan Mijin
Each recognition was welcomed with thunderous applause and a clear message: the system works, and results come to those who remain consistent.
A Seminar Marked by Strong Women
The Winter WES was opened by Dr. Zlata Adamov, making it clear from the very beginning how powerful a pillar women are within our team.
Two Diamond speakers gave special energy to the seminar—Viktorija Spajić and Tatjana Jakšić. Their presentations were not only educational, but deeply personal testimonies of the journey from doubt to success.
Tatjana Jakšić – From the Hardest Period to the Fastest Diamond
Tatjana shared her life story and the period when she first encountered the project—during the most difficult year of her life. She especially emphasized the role of her mentor, our CEO Vladimir Popović, who throughout the entire year did not ask her “When will you start?” but rather “How are you?”
That pressure-free support was key. When she gathered the strength and decided to begin, results came quickly. Today she is the fastest Diamond in the Planet Program—a living example that when you follow the system, success is not a matter of luck, but a decision.
Her powerful message:
“You are not the system—bring people to the system.”
Viktorija Spajić – From Doubt to Success
Viktorija, our youngest Diamond, inspired everyone present with the story of her journey—from initial insecurity to building a strong organization.
Her quote defined the entire weekend:
“Pack all your dreams into a suitcase and start the journey.”
She told everyone:
“Don’t compare yourself to me today—compare yourself to me eight years ago, when I was just starting.”
And she concluded simply:
START. STAY. YOU WILL SUCCEED.
Dream Night and a Day of Learning
Saturday evening was dedicated to Dream Night and high recognitions—an evening of emotion, photos, hugs, and new goals.
Sunday focused on education, the system, and leadership—because success is not a moment, but a process.
Leadership Meeting and the Announcement of the Strongest Summer Yet
A special leadership meeting was led by the first Diamond of the Planet Program, Biljana Radojević, emphasizing the importance of the upcoming summer seminar.
The biggest news?
The main speaker of the Summer WES will be our CEO, Vladimir Popović—this time in the role of the leading networker in the Balkans and beyond, a man from whom leaders from Turkey and Italy all the way to Vladivostok have learned.
All our Diamonds agree on one thing—no speaker from the stage has ever brought such growth to their organizations as when he is the main speaker.
The Most Important Recognition – New Team Leaders
The Winter WES was closed by CEO Vladimir Popović, who introduced the new Team Leaders and presented them with diplomas—the recognition that carries the greatest weight within the Planet Program.
As many times before, he pushed many out of their comfort zone and clearly stated:
“We cannot know how much you care.”
Because the system exists. Mentorship exists. Support exists.
But the decision, discipline, and desire—that is always a personal responsibility.
His words gave a glimpse of the growth ahead and the energy the Summer WES will bring.
We no longer gather in the “eagle’s nest.”
Now we are building the Team Leader’s nest.
